This contract role runs from October 2026 through June 2027, with the workday spanning Monday through Friday, 7:20 AM to 3:20 PM (approximately 35 hours per week). You'll work closely with a small group of 6-8 students, supporting their growth in foundational subjects like Math, Reading/Writing, and Modified Science within an inclusive, supportive environment.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Connecticut Special Education Teacher license (K-12 or 7-12) required Candidates eligible for DSAP with relevant background encouraged to apply Experience with middle school-aged students and Life Skills curriculum preferred Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and families Passion for individualized instruction and differentiated learning techniques
