Job Description Job Description Pediatric LPN - Home Care Fairfield County, CT Per Diem Opportunity Join Affirmed Home Care's Growing Pediatric Division Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 12-year-old female client in Ridgefield, CT . This position requires previous pediatric seizure management experience. Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

PM Care Needs:

One-on-one pediatric nursing with seizure management

Required Experience:

Pediatric seizure management experience is required.
