Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers to join our team for the next school year (2026-2027) at KL Education and are working with a highly rated school districts in the Milford, CT area.

Caseload:

Preschool opening is for an integrated classroom (50/50, special ed/typical peers) and the middle school opening is for a resource setting in one of our 7/8 grade buildings with a caseload of approximately 15 students. Both positions require case management, assessment, attendance at PPT meetings. We also have one more middle school (grade 6-8) special education teacher opening. Requirements Active CT Special Education Teaching License Required Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting. Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and communication. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
