Job Description
- Provide special education services for middle school students through a combination of resource support and co-teaching classroom models.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum, adapt instructional materials, and implement accommodations to support student success.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary team members.
- Support students in accessing the general education curriculum while promoting independence and academic achievement.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and other collaborative school-based activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with diverse learning needs.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday school schedule.
- Interviews are being scheduled immediately for an ASAP placement.
