9685766-06478 Job Description Step into a vital role supporting young learners in a dedicated early education environment. This full-time, onsite contract position focuses on kindergarten and Pre-K special education, serving a small class of approximately seven students. Each student is supported by their own one-on-one, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is onsite, providing resources and collaboration for specialized student needs. The contract is set through late February, with the potential to extend further. Candidates are sought with expertise and passion for early childhood special educationready to make an immediate, meaningful impact.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid certification in Special Education (applicable for PreK-K) Experience teaching in early childhood or elementary special education settings Knowledge of IEP implementation and data-driven instructional strategies Strong collaboration skills to work with paraprofessionals and behavioral support staff Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction tailored to each student's education plan Collaborate with one-on-one aides and the onsite BCBA to support student growth Develop and adapt lesson plans and activities for diverse learning needs Monitor progress, document outcomes, and maintain compliance with all regulations Foster a welcoming, structured, and nurturing classroom community Enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $40-50, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
