Qualifications:

Valid state certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain) Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred Passion for supporting middle school students with diverse learning needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills Adaptability to new environments and teaching modalities

Responsibilities:

Provide resource support in a middle school setting (grades 78) Deliver both in-class assistance and targeted pull-out instruction to approximately 15 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education teachers and support staff Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
