Key Qualifications:

Experience supporting students as a paraprofessional, particularly in school settings Comfort working with K-2 students, including students with special needs Ability to provide both classroom resource support and in-class assistance Compassion, patience, and a collaborative approach Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic educational environments Readiness to provide custodial care and 1:1 support, including the ability to work alongside a school nurse when needed

What You'll Do:
