What Youll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily, direct instructional and behavioral support to a student requiring significant assistance, maintaining no more than a 1:2 adult-to-student support ratio Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized learning and behavior plans Foster a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment tailored to each students needs Accurately document observations and share progress with the educational team and family as needed Uphold school and district policies regarding safety and confidentiality Candidates holding an RBT certification should note that independent supervision outside of work hours is required to maintain certification, and the district does not recognize the RBT role within this paraprofessional position.
