Full Job Description Summary:

Our organization strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. At the present time, we are looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of an ADT Instructor.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and training to individuals with developmental disabilities in an Adult Day Training Program. Assist with behavioral needs, personal care, medication administration, functional skills, socialization and facilitate meaningful daily activities. Must complete required documentation as applicable and related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required and one year experience working with intellectually and developmentally disabled adults or individuals with special needs. A valid Florida driver's license is required. Must be able to pass Level II Background screening, a local law background screening and a drivers license background screening. Full-time position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
