The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the academic and personal growth of students. The job is for 20-25 hours weekly. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Provide individualized support to students with special needs, including those requiring early intervention strategies. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. Monitor and track ESE data, provide quarterly updates, lead IEP meetings, enter data into PEER for approximately 20 students. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education with ESE teaching certification. Strong knowledge of lesson planning, behavioral management, and childhood development principles. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
