Overview Working with special needs children and their families to improve outcomes through interactive play and therapies. Coach families on strategies to help children reach their goals. Consult with therapists. Perform developmental assessments. Make your own schedule. About US Pocket Pediatrics PA is a small business in Alachua, FL. pocketpediatricspa@gmail.com Requirements Florida Medicaid provider number as a Professional Early Intervention Provider preferred Travel required (Services rendered in the child's home or daycare). Level 2 Background Check required. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in early childhood education or early childhood/special education, child and family development, family life specialist, communication sciences, psychology, or social work. OR Master's degree in Special Education.
• 1-5 years experience working with children with special needs ages 0-5 years .
Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
