The resource teacher will provide targeted academic support in reading, writing, and/or math to help struggling students reach grade-level proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with small groups of students to reinforce and support classroom instruction. Implement intervention strategies to improve student performance in core academic areas. Collaborate with classroom teachers to align support with curriculum goals. Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Support students in developing confidence and essential academic skills. Communicate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student progress. Participate in professional development and training as required. Report to

Morning and Afternoon Post Schedule & Additional Opportunities:

Work hours: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days. Additional income opportunities available through the school's tutoring program. This position requires patience, flexibility, and a strong commitment to student success.
