About us Aisha Institute of Beauty is a newly approved , state-licensed Facials Specialist school in Orlando, FL (CIE #13656) We're hiring our founding instructor to help launch the program and train the next generation of skincare professionals. What you'll do Teach the 220-hour Facials Specialist program (theory and hands-on clinic) Deliver lessons that follow the state curriculum (Rule 61G5-22.017, F.A.C.) Supervise students during clinical practice and on real clients Track attendance, clock hours, grades and student progress Prepare students for Florida licensure Enforce sanitation, safety and school policies Help build lesson plans and course materials for a new program Requirements (must have) 2+ years of teaching experience at a reputable esthetics/facial specialist school in Florida Prior experience teaching a Florida Facial Specialist program Active Florida Facial Specialist or Cosmetology license, in good standing Strong skin care knowledge: facials, skin analysis, extractions, masks, hair removal/waxing, makeup basics Good communication, organization and classroom skills Nice to have Experience helping launch a new program or school Familiarity with CIE compliance and recordkeeping Bilingual (English/Spanish, Urdu or Hindi) Why join us Be the founding instructor of a new school Supportive, owner-run environment Chance to shape the program from day one To apply Send your resume, Florida license number, and a list of the schools where you've taught (with dates)
