Utilize educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement across various subjects. Maintain detailed documentation of student progress, conduct assessments including standardized testing, and communicate regularly with parents about their child's development through parent-teacher conferences. Lead classroom activities that promote early childhood education principles, Montessori methods, or preschool best practices while fostering inclusive participation among all students. Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood education or elementary school teaching roles, preferably within special education or inclusive settings. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education tailored for children with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in behavior management techniques for students with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Experience working with students on the autism spectrum or with other developmental delays; familiarity with autism spectrum disorders support strategies is highly valued. Knowledge of special education law (including IEP processes), instructional modifications, and accommodations necessary for diverse learners. Skilled in communication skills essential for effective parent-teacher collaboration and interdisciplinary teamwork. Familiarity with educational technology integration to support differentiated instruction and classroom management.
