The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that promote early literacy, behavior management, and overall child welfare. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure each child's needs are met in a private school setting. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote good conduct. Provide individualized support to children with special education needs or those requiring additional assistance.
