Somerset Academy SoMi is seeking a dedicated and collaborative certified ESE Teacher to support students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans in grades K-8. The ESE Teacher will work closely with classroom teachers, administration, counselors, families, and other members of the student support team to ensure students receive the accommodations, services, and academic support necessary for success. Key Responsibilities Provide push-in instructional support to students with IEPs and 504 Plans within the general education classroom. Ensure required accommodations and supports are consistently implemented across instructional settings. Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and address individual student needs. Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation related to student services and accommodations. Participate in IEP and 504 meetings , including providing input regarding student progress, needs, accommodations, and goals. Collaborate with the school counselor, administration, teachers, and families as part of the school's student support services. Support teachers in understanding and appropriately implementing IEP and 504 accommodations. Assist with the coordination and delivery of services outlined in students' educational plans. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable ESE, Section 504, and school requirements. Qualifications Valid Florida teaching certificate. ESE certification/endorsement preferred or required based on assignment. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, families, counselors, and administrators. Commitment to helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Pay:

$53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
