You're the backbone of the floor ; resetting tables fast, supporting servers and the kitchen, and making sure every guest's experience feels effortless from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders, runners, and the kitchen as one team. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and quietly to keep the host stand moving Pre-bus throughout the meal: plates, glassware, silverware, and crumbs Keep water glasses filled and bread/service items stocked at the table Support servers and runners with food delivery, drink delivery, and guest requests Maintain side stations, glassware, linens, and silverware stock through the shift Communicate with servers and the kitchen on table status, allergies, and guest needs Complete opening, running, and closing side work, including dining room and patio cleanliness Learn our menu and beverage program to answer basic guest questions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous busser, runner, or back-waiter experience preferred, ideally in a full-service or upscale restaurant Sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple tables and tasks at once Team-first attitude; works seamlessly with front- and back-of-house Clean, polished appearance and a friendly, professional presence Reliable, punctual, positive, and high-energy Eager to learn about food, wine, and spirits Available evenings, weekends, and holidays; season (Nov-Apr) and Art Basel week are our busiest stretch Able to stand and walk for up to 8+ hours; lift 15 lbs regularly and up to 30 lbs (bus tubs, trays, racks) Able to bend, reach, carry, and move quickly in a busy dining room Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

SCHEDULE

Dinner service with lunch and weekend brunch shifts as needed. Flexible scheduling available.
