• Full-time Help Us Build Something Extraordinary Breakthrough Kidz Academy is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Teacher to join our brand-new Homeschool Enrichment Program serving young learners in an inclusive, play-based environment.

Our program offers:

Small class sizes 1:8 Max Play-based, hands-on learning Neuro-affirming teaching practices Collaborative team environment On-site behavioral support for students Opportunities to collaborate with therapy professionals Ongoing professional development Training in autism-friendly classroom design and neuro-affirming instructional strategies You will never be expected to manage challenging behaviors alone. Behavioral support will be available to help students succeed and allow teachers to focus on teaching. Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging lessons aligned with our homeschool enrichment curriculum Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Differentiate instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each child Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members Support students' social-emotional development through positive, relationship-based practices Maintain classroom organization and documentation Help shape and grow a new educational program from its beginning

Qualifications Required:

Previous teaching experience Previous experience working with children with special needs Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for inclusive education and child-centered learning Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:
