Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Floater Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties Assist lead teachers in implementing curriculum development and lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards Support classroom management and behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional development Provide toddler care and support early intervention efforts for children with special needs or developmental delays Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and classroom activities Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with child welfare and health guidelines including first aid and CPR protocols Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, supporting teachers with standardized testing preparations and other instructional needs Requirements Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or toddler care Knowledge of childhood development instruction, special education practices, and early intervention strategies Strong communication skills for parent communication and team collaboration Classroom experience with behavior management and classroom management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or math to young learners Certification in first aid and CPR required or willing to obtain upon hire Understanding of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety Ability to work flexibly across multiple classrooms as needed, demonstrating a proactive attitude toward supporting team efforts in early childhood education Join us in creating a vibrant learning environment where children thrive!
