Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in accordance with state and federal guidelines Adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet the needs of each student Create supportive, inclusive classroom environments that encourage growth and participation Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success Monitor student progress, document performance, and maintain accurate records Foster a safe and positive learning environment that promotes respect and achievement Participate in professional development as required
