This position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and offers an hourly rate of $38. Expect to work 3537.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in elementary or high school classrooms, depending on your preference and experience. Key Qualifications:

Current Georgia special education teaching certification is required Experience working with elementary and/or high school caseloads strongly preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and student-centered instruction Excellent collaboration and communication skills for partnering with families, faculty, specialists, and related service providers Adaptability and a passion for providing individualized and inclusive education

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with each student's IEP goals Assess student abilities, create and update IEPs, and track progress towards goals Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure successful student inclusion Manage classroom routines to support both academic and behavioral growth Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
