Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive curricula tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods and other innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to promote a safe and respectful learning environment. Support children's development through early intervention strategies, special education accommodations, and individualized learning plans. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments. Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, progress, and classroom activities. Maintain organized classroom environments that encourage exploration, independence, and social interaction among students. Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare. Experience working with students requiring special education or early intervention services is highly desirable. Familiarity with childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Prior experience with Montessori or other specialized educational approaches is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
