Experience working with students with special education needs and implementing appropriate instructional modifications. Strong classroom management skills complemented by excellent communication skills for parent-teacher interactions. Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, standardized testing procedures, and curriculum development standards. Prior experience in private or public school settings is required.
