Requirements and Qualifications:

Current Georgia SRT4 or higher teaching license GaPSC certification (active status) Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP development Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct instruction and support to K-5th grade students with a range of learning needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning styles and abilities Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers to ensure student success Offer guidance and engage with families to promote progress and inclusivity Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and documentation requirements Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
