Knowledge of speech therapy techniques, behavioral therapy (including applied behavior analysis), music therapy, or recreational therapy is a plus. Familiarity with instructional design principles, curriculum development, and educational compliance laws such as IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). Experience integrating educational technology tools for literacy education, math instruction, or early intervention programs. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff. Ability to manage classroom environments efficiently while employing positive behavior management strategies for diverse learners.
