Job Description

A fulfilling opportunity is open for a Special Education Teacher in the Cascade, Idaho area, working with students who have diverse learning needs. This full-time contract role offers a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week across five days, providing consistency along with the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' academic growth.
Qualifications:
Active Idaho Special Education license Experience working with students in special education settings Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to students with multiple and/or significant cognitive impairments in alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) Supervise and guide instructional assistants in implementing IEPs and BSPs Ensure consistent application of individualized academic and behavioral strategies across settings Monitor and support adherence to student-specific goals, accommodations, and interventions

Based in Cascade, ID, within a collaborative and supportive school setting
