Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction to students with special needs in accordance with IEPs Collaborate closely with general educators, specialists, and families to support student growth Assess and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to instruction Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to the creation of educational plans Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
Desired Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity) Previous experience teaching students with special needs preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual learning needs Enthusiasm for traveling and working in new environments
