Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS1 Endorsement (two positions available) Experience supporting a diverse range of learning needs across multiple grade levels (K-22 preferred) Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment Willingness to adapt to changing case assignments and classroom needs Previous contract or travel experience in education settings is a plus

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction tailored to individual education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and adjust student support strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and compliance reports Participate in case conferences, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities Actively engage in school initiatives and contribute to positive outcomes for all students
