Qualifications:

Illinois certification as a Special Education Teacher Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or child development Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with administrative endorsements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in early childhood classroom or program settings Strong command of Illinois Early Learning Standards and ISBE guidelines Demonstrated leadership, staff training, and parent communication ability Experience with Early Intervention and meeting facilitation
