Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals. Monitor student progress through ongoing assessments, data collection, and progress reporting. Modify curriculum and instructional materials to accommodate individual learning needs. Maintain accurate educational records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field. Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with an LBS1 endorsement. Experience working with students with emotional disabilities, behavioral challenges, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, or multiple disabilities is preferred. Why Join Our Team?
