Qualifications and Experience:

Valid LBS1 certification is required Prior experience working with primary-aged students (K-2) strongly preferred Solid understanding of diverse learning needs, including DD, Autism, and ADHD Passion for differentiated instruction and tailored behavioral strategies Commitment to collaboration with support staff, families, and colleagues Strong communication, documentation, and classroom management skills Must function independently—assistant-level candidates are not eligible for this position
