In this contract position, you will have the opportunity to lead program operations, facilitate early intervention processes, and make a daily difference in the lives of children and their families near Des Plaines, IL. Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and parents while guiding instructional practices and ensuring compliance with state and local requirements.

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois certification as a Special Education Teacher Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education or child development Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with relevant administrative endorsements Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct classroom or program experience with young children In-depth understanding of Illinois Early Learning Standards and ISBE guidelines Demonstrated history of leadership, staff mentorship, and effective parent communication Proficiency facilitating early intervention processes and leading meetings
