Qualifications:
Active Illinois Paraprofessional License required Previous paraprofessional experience preferred Ability to provide individualized support for children with diverse needs, including behavioral guidance Comfortable assisting with toileting and personal care if required Willingness to work with students across all grade levels Must be fully clear on all background checks—any infractions must be disclosed upfront Capable of commuting reliably to the school site Strong communication and teamwork skills
