Role Highlights:

Self-contained classroom with a caseload of 79 students Deliver adapted life-skills instruction in collaboration with dedicated staff Develop, implement, and manage IEPs tailored to each students needs Provide classroom and medical accommodation support Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Build strong partnerships with support staff, families, and related service providers Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement required Demonstrated experience in self-contained special education classrooms Background working with low-incidence disabilities and life-skills populations Familiarity with IEP development and legal compliance Commitment to meeting each students academic and developmental goals Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Schedule:
