Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher credentials with active LBS1 endorsement (x2 required) Prior experience in special education preferred, especially with varied age groups (K22) Ability to adapt to new settings and student needs with a positive, collaborative approach Strong knowledge of IEP process, compliance, and differentiation strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be available for in-person interviews

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized instruction and behavioral strategies in accordance with IEPs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to best support student growth Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and provide ongoing evaluation Participate in family meetings, team meetings, and professional development Support inclusion and positive classroom environments across multiple age ranges, as needed This contract position provides stability for the 2026/2027 school year, with the rewarding chance to support a wide range of students.
