You'll have a consistent morning schedule, working from 8:09 to 11:30 AM every weekday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and time for other pursuits or commitments in your day.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification (State appropriate) Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred) Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in grades 4 or 5 Deep understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and ability to differentiate instruction Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to a diverse group of learners with varying abilities Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with other educators and families Regularly assess student progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Foster a culture of respect and encouragement for bilingual learners
