Desired Qualifications:

Valid Illinois State Educator License with LBS1 Endorsement (required) Previous experience writing and executing IEPs, collaborating with related services staff At least 2 years of recent teaching experience preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment
