Qualifications:

Valid Illinois LBS1 certification Previous experience with elementary-age students preferred Experience working with children with communication disorders or similar needs is an asset Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for a caseload of 10 students Adapt curriculum and teaching techniques to support a range of communication needs Collaborate with general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and families Track and report student progress through data collection and assessments Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere, focusing on student engagement and learning
