We're seeking three dedicated Special Education Teachers who are enthusiastic about helping students thrive academically and personally. This full-time assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year. Your experience, expertise, and compassion will support students in achieving their full potential. Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required Active Professional Educator's License with LBS 1 endorsement Experience teaching in special education at the elementary level is strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP development, accommodations, and differentiated instruction Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals Deliver engaging instruction to elementary students with varying abilities Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Maintain accurate records of student progress and report findings to relevant stakeholders Adapt teaching strategies to complement student learning styles and needs Why Consider This Role?
