This contract-to-hire role places you at the heart of meaningful education, providing dedicated support and tailored instruction to children who need it most. You'll work onsite at a vibrant elementary setting near Woodridge, IL, fostering growth and learning every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student based on their specific needs and goals Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to adapt curriculum and classroom materials Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to reach learners at different levels Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs Maintain accurate records for compliance and ongoing assessment Monitor behavioral, academic, and social progress, making adjustments to instruction as needed
Desired Qualifications:
