This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the 2026-2027 academic year by providing dedicated instruction and care for students with unique learning needs. Three distinct positions are available—please indicate your specific interest when applying: Life Skills Program at

Anderson High School:

7:20am-2:30pm, working with approximately 10 students, focusing on life skills and independence. Inclusion Classroom at

Southview Preschool:

8:30am-3:30pm, two available roles, each supporting around 10 students in a collaborative, inclusive setting.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Indiana teaching license in Special Education (please provide a screenshot of active licensure) Experience working with students requiring individualized education and behavioral support Strong communication skills and an adaptable, compassionate teaching approach Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction in alignment with individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education staff, support professionals, and families Utilize evidence-based strategies to encourage student engagement, growth, and participation Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate actively in IEP meetings Develop supportive classroom routines that promote a positive and safe learning environment
