Seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time, contract position with students in grades 912. In this important role, youll collaborate with a committed team to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Indiana Teaching License with appropriate special education endorsements Previous experience serving students with diverse learning needs preferred Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Passion for differentiated instruction and helping every student achieve their best Ability to adapt quickly and think creatively when addressing academic and behavioral needs

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student Deliver engaging lessons that meet each learner at their level, using effective accommodations and modifications Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success Maintain accurate records of progress and goal attainment Encourage social-emotional growth and independence Engage with students and staff in a positive, impactful way every day This position provides a 37.5-hour work week, Monday through Friday, giving you the opportunity to form strong relationships and truly make a difference.
