Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching certification (appropriate for middle school level) Previous experience with intensive intervention or self-contained classrooms, preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Ability to develop and differentiate instruction tailored to individual student needs Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with families, paraprofessionals, and support staff Patience, flexibility, and a keen passion for helping students overcome challenging barriers to learning

Core Responsibilities:
