Valid Indiana teaching license with Intense Intervention Special Education endorsement/certification (required) Experience designing and delivering instruction for students with significant learning, behavioral, or developmental differences Strong skills in data-driven decision making and progress monitoring Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive educational environment Key responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines Provide direct instruction and specialized support tailored to each students strengths and needs Regularly communicate with parents, caregivers, and educational teams to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation Participate actively in professional development and school-based meetings This unique opportunity empowers you to work closely with a small group of students who need dedicated advocacy and expertise.
