The ideal candidate will provide specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities. Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs. Implement positive behavior support strategies and classroom management techniques. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Ensure compliance with IDEA, Indiana Department of Education regulations, and district policies. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid Indiana Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility to obtain).
