Contract position, full-time schedule: 37.5 hours weekly, Monday through Friday Two roles available:

SPED Resource:

Manage a caseload of 25-30 students; Mild Intervention Certification required

SPED Essential:

Support a caseload of 10 students; Intense Intervention Certification required Typical workday: 8:20 AM 3:10 PM (room assignment may affect specific times) Youll work under current Indiana licensure Desired qualifications: Valid Indiana teaching license with appropriate mild or intense intervention endorsement Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred Strong communication skills for partnering with staff and families Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to meet IEP goals Role responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students Adapt teaching methods and materials to student needs Deliver instructional and behavioral support in collaboration with the Special Education team Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress monitoring Communicate regularly with parents and team members Foster positive learning experiences and advocate for student growth Bring your passion for special education to a rewarding environment where your skills help shape bright futures.
