Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Teaching Certification in Special Education (State of Indiana or eligibility for reciprocal) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or closely related field Experience creating and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet a variety of student needsPrimary Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality instruction to students with diverse learning abilities Develop, adapt, and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environmentBenefits & Perks:
