What Were Looking For:

Current and active Indiana teaching license in Special Education (please be prepared to provide a screenshot as verification). Demonstrated experience working with students with mild disabilities, ideally at the middle school level. Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with staff, students, and families. Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school setting. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional direct instruction in a self-contained classroom environment. Adapt and implement IEPs, monitor students progress, and participate in case conferences as needed. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure successful inclusive practices. Create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learners needs.
