Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Active Kansas Special Education (SPED) Teaching License required Previous experience supporting early childhood or elementary students, especially in an intensive needs or autism classroom, is highly valued Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating inclusive, positive learning environments Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, therapists, and families Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
