Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field Previous experience in a school or educational setting Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting students with disabilities and tailoring instruction to various learning styles

Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student's unique abilities Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, therapists, and families to ensure student success Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a safe, supportive learning environment Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
